I've gone by the username Kittipaws since around 2017 or so. But I've been online for longer than that.
One of my first experiences using the internet was playing Wizard 101 (I was 8 and saw an ad for it on tv and begged my mom to let me play). I would later learn about youtube from kids at school around the time i was 10. I grew up in a rural area so we still had dial up for a while.
I wouldn't really start using the internet more until i was 13 (around the time social media and youtube started becoming big deals and more like what we have today). I've been somewhat active online for over a decade now (even though I mainly just lurk).
I wasn't really old enough to be around for the old net. The closest thing was playing flash games on the pbs kids website (sadly not disney or cartoon network). But I do miss some of the early 2010s internet. The internet is kind of a scary place nowadays so I'm glad neocities exists.
I'm an artist and I have lots of ocs and have stories for them in my head. I plan to post about them on this site.
